Varia Swiss Realtech Properties<\/a> is pleased to announce the obtaining of the building permit for its latest industrial and logistic project EK11 located in Meyrin (GE)
The project benefits of an exceptional location in a main industrial area \u2013 ZIMEYSA \u2013 close to Geneva airport and city center with rapid access to highway and public transports. The area is part of the project ZIMEYSAVER which tends to develop the largest industrial site of the canton and create 10\u2019000 new employments by 2030.
Built on a land plot of approximately 11\u2019000 sqm the existing building will be demolished allowing the construction of a new state-of-the-art logistic building.
This new building will offer approximately 17\u2019800 sqm across 4 floors including 3\u2019500 sqm of offices spaces, 11 loading docks and more than 100 underground parking spaces.
The project was designed to meet today\u2019s most requirements for industrial and logistics activities, such as a maximum ceiling height of 7 meters on the ground floor, 2,5T\/sqm of floor loading capacity and modular surfaces. It will also reach high-end standards in terms of energy efficiency by integrate LED lighting technology, heat pumps and rooftop solar panels. Large windows and landscaped courtyards will bring natural light ensuring comfort for employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
