EK11 – Logistics development in Meyrin (GE)

Ideally located in the heart of the ZIMEYSA industrial zone, close to Geneva airport and the city centre with quick access to the motorway and public transport.

This new flexible and efficient building will offer approximately 17’800 m² on 4 floors, including 3’500 m² of mixed use space, 11 loading bays and more than 100 underground parking spaces.

In terms of energy efficiency, the building will be fully equipped with LEDs, the heating will be produced by a heat pump and solar panels on the roof will provide a large part of the electricity used.
